A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation.  Final payment for your event is due at the time of booking or 14 days prior to your event.  If final payment is not made 14 days prior to your event your reservation will automatically be cancelled.  There will be no refunds issued.  If you need to cancel your event, we will be glad to reschedule your event to another date based on availability.  Once payment is received no refunds will be issued.  

Cruisin Video Games is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.  We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  

Our primary service area is a 20-mile radius from Parker, Colorado, 80134.  We also service a "secondary" area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area.  Fees are as follows.  

0-20 Miles- No Surcharge

21-30 Miles- $50 Surcharge

31-40 Miles- $70 Surcharge

The customer is required to provide a "relatively" flat, safe area on which the Game Trailer can park.  Street fronts are preferable.  Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 7-8 parking spaces to park plus more to maneuver into the spot.  If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local recreation center, community center, or church to see if we can have the event there.  

If the location is deemed unsafe for customers, players, or any other guests upon arrival, we will request an alternative location be provided.  We will park in driveways only if we can do so safely and will do so at our discretion.  

Cruisin Video Games trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions.  Our trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.  There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party.  In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds, extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to ensure the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and our equipment.  If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process. 

Cruisin Video Games or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location.  This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.  Additionally, Cruisin Video Games reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests.  Cruisin Video Games or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location.  All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.  Customer will indemnify and hold harmless BAT Kave LLC for all damages or injuries that may occur in the inside or the outside of the game trailer while providing services.  

It is our experience that our games are better suited for ages 8+.  Cruisin Video Games requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times during the event.  Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any event or party when alcohol is being served.  Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the game trailer.  Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Cruisin Video Games does not allow any food or drinks inside of the game trailer.  Due to the electronic equipment that is kept in the trailer, please have your guests consume all food and drinks outside of the trailer.  

During events, Game Coaches will be taking pictures from inside and outside the trailer.  These pictures may be posted to our Facebook page, other social media pages, or our website.  If you do not wish to have pictures taken or posted please communicate that to the Game Coach at the beginning of the party.  We will never identify children by name.    

Cruisin Video Games will not play any "M" rated or higher game in the video game trailer without authorization from the client prior to the event/party or adult approval at the time of the event.  If you wish to have an "M" rated game or higher at your event/party please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can upon arrival.  

All games are listed on the Game List page.  If there are additional games that you would like featured at your party please communicate that to us at time of booking and we can be sure that they are available for your event/party.
